I was born in 1978 and studied human medicine at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. Even during my studies, I was particularly interested in one question: not only what happens in the body, but why it happens. This interest in connections and underlying causes continues to shape my work as a physician to this day.

To me, a person is more than the sum of individual biochemical processes. Health arises from the interaction of body, mind, spirit, anti-aging medicine, and lifestyle. My goal is not merely to treat symptoms, but to understand individual connections and develop customized treatment concepts. In doing so, I combine evidence-based medicine with a holistic perspective on psychology, lifestyle, spirituality, philosophy, health, and prevention.

Today, my particular focus is on holistic psychotherapy and anti-aging medicine, especially testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), as well as supporting vitality, performance, and long-term health.

We also continuously offer and develop new innovative treatment concepts and formulations. For centuries, formulations were at the heart of the medical profession. It was only in modern times that the professions of physician and pharmacist were separated through the Constitutiones of Melfi. Today, the physician writes the formula (prescription), and the pharmacist prepares it precisely according to the physician’s instructions as an individualized formulation.
